Julio
A compact, well branched Capsicum frutescens hybrid carrying a huge crop of pendant red chillies. The chillies thenselves are easy to harvest and very suitable for drying. Makes an excellent chilli powder which is quite hot with the typical dry smoky frutescens flavour. Excellent with prawns and other sea food.
The bushy habit and high yield make Julio by far the best frutescens type chilli for container growing. Definitely one for the patio.
