The pickled chillies are very popular as a side dish in Turkey and consumed in huge quantities. There is considerable interest in this variety on social media, stimulated by travellers who have sampled these while on holiday in Turkey. Definitely one with real sales potential.
Because the chillies are harvested while still green, the plant does not have to expend any resources on ripening the fruit and consequently produces massive yields.
